Rapidshare

So , Right now we have a big Dilemma named : Rapidshare.
Every 24~48h our Editor’s accounts get banned in RS no matter what we do , Thats why Rapidshare links have been going down after posting by 2 ~ 4 hrs and thats not just us – others thats using Rapidshare also facing the same problem , if you have any suggestions about that problem/dilemma dont hesitate to leave a comment down there.

Netload

We are Considering a plan to get rid of Netload in our upcoming uploads due to the blacklisting , deleting links without notice & banned 2 of our Editor’s accounts.
Please suggest replacement to it or tell us why we dont have to get rid of it as our editor’s reporting back a huge decrease in the download count from Netload.

  2. ja_ Oct 10th, 2012 at 7:17 AM

    zippyshare.com !!!

  3. SeaNamtog Oct 10th, 2012 at 7:21 AM

    Hey Guys,
For netload I suggest you rename and/or archive (RAR) names.
I’m an uploader too and by doing this, none of my files/accounts being blacklisted.
As of RS, I use the same method and never got blacklisted.
I assume RS e-mails you and telling you why your accounts are banned- cloud be due to high traffic or by their anti-abuse mechanism.
I guess RS sees a lot of IP address’ downloading from your account.
As A premium user, you can save other RS links into ones account and by that avoid downloading from your accounts- but that will need the cooperation of everyone that download RS links.

safelinking.net – All direct links hidden behind a CAPTCHA are compatible with any download manager.

    • sanitaereanlagen Oct 10th, 2012 at 9:58 AM

      THIS!

    • giz Oct 11th, 2012 at 1:33 AM

Yeah, **** appear to have got around the RS problem by using safelinking too :) Otherwise putlocker is pretty good :) and hotfile has improved its speeds..

  5. pep Oct 10th, 2012 at 8:02 AM

rename files and use safelink, please keep using RS

  6. Chris Oct 10th, 2012 at 8:18 AM

plz keep using RS. I do not know what you can do in order to avoid deletion. You may use rar files with strange names to avoid name url search bans

  7. Perlazeze Oct 10th, 2012 at 9:18 AM

I think the best why to avoid deleting files is to name them in short mode (For Example: Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003) = POTCTCOTBP2003.rar or something like this). Evey working link I am able to find has this strange names and I think is harder to track them and blacklist them.

P.S: Please do not remove Rapidshare links, this is what makes this forum unique! Zippyshare or Mediafire are good host, for the moment, for free download users. This way, maybe, the site can be more popular.

  8. Error Oct 10th, 2012 at 11:58 AM

    Use Turbobit

  9. joey Oct 10th, 2012 at 1:23 PM

safelinking, smaller files, rar, and alter the names … it is the best you can do, all download site will have the same problem sooner or later. ps. thank you for all your efforts. I love you, man.

  10. mastershake Oct 10th, 2012 at 3:05 PM

agreed you need to rename files with odd names. i can still find some VERY oldfiles with names that unless you specifically knew what they were before downloading them you wouldnt. also as said i know its all about being a one link download but maybe break the files up into 400-500mb parts and RAR them 100% i hate it as much as everyone else to have to unrar the files but it seems to help a LOT when they are zipped from being deleted. many times when i files is deleted i search for it and i can find a rar file that works just fine.

PLEASE dont drop rapidshare they are my last hope or ill have to go to usenet which imo is just a pain in the neck compared to rapidshare. i hope you guys can hang on and not go anywhere we would all be lost without our ddl sites.

    thanks guys

  11. D3lta Oct 10th, 2012 at 3:15 PM

I agree to keep using rapidshare or use Mass MD5 Hash Changer. Or linksafe or wierd names or if u have to rar them. But maybe make ddlvalley forum only.

  12. guest Oct 10th, 2012 at 3:25 PM

    Agree on keeping Rapidshare.
    1) As others suggested: rename and split rars, use a link protector.
    2) Use password-encrypted rars. The password would of course be public and could be something as simple as the site name.

  13. nawwaf Oct 10th, 2012 at 4:19 PM

i use jdownloader and it accepts dlc files which is encrypted and no one can see the links

  14. SyntaX Oct 10th, 2012 at 4:22 PM

Really good alternative are Putlocker, billionuploads, uptobox amd jumbofiles. No need for premium accounts and good download speed.

  15. defqon1 Oct 10th, 2012 at 5:25 PM

i would suggest clicking few adds. adds help support the site. use Share this and bring your friends along.

  16. defqon1 Oct 10th, 2012 at 5:33 PM

ps another note, changing file names dont work, as its file extension that gets blacklisted.

changing MD5, SHA1 and CRC-32 file hashes, dont work

as for host. i was personly looking towards, rapidgator or is megaupload coming back.

  17. mastershake Oct 10th, 2012 at 5:44 PM

so rapidshare is for shure dead to us soon?? if so wow this would suck big time. rapidgator was good for a while and i used it but they host a lot of malware pop ups when clicking their pages which i hate and lately even their premium accounts have terrible speeds a lot of times. and they delete a lot of stuff also. i had a ton of music albums i was wanting to post i uppped and they all started getting deleted by rapidgator.

is it worth considering a switch back to usenet finally?? i hope not but i may be so. i just hope this is not the soon to be end of filesharing. i dont use torrents and know a lot of people who will not either and this all just sucks.

thanks for keeping it up and running as long as possible.

  18. ARMT Oct 10th, 2012 at 5:54 PM

@all , just to clear doubts – we wont be stopping Rapidshare anytime soon.

  19. katie_mead Oct 10th, 2012 at 6:37 PM

The links which seem to be lasting the longest right now, are those files which are archived with an extra file inside the archive so that the uploaded file is no longer exactly the same size as (nor shares a hash with) an existing upload, and it doesn’t seem to hurt if the name is altered so that it is less likely to be found in a general search.

  20. s7or4x Oct 10th, 2012 at 8:35 PM

Im uploader also and have experimented some isues like this and to avoid blacklisting a good trick is 1st not adding DDLValley_namerelease.xxx and also posting a .dlc container only for rapidshare links to make harder the report and blacklisting. Try this way and u will see.

  21. ST0 Oct 11th, 2012 at 1:21 AM

If someone actually explained to me how to use usenet I would happily do so.

DEFQ – Are video extensions the problem or RAR files?

  22. Jhon Oct 11th, 2012 at 1:45 AM

    Stop using the giveavay names.
    DDLValley.eu_Guys.with.Kids.S01E04.HDTV.x264-LOL.mp4
DDLValley.eu Have been marked and will be deleted.
Guys.with.Kids Series names will be marked and deleted.
I have 800GB+ on rapid and netload, and i havent lost one single link.

  23. Boelmeister Oct 11th, 2012 at 4:56 AM

Do everything 100% rar, change names in to shortcuts, safelink, add a weird document and/or maybe do hashthingie.

And indeed is because u generate to much traffic, or do they find out because they search for names. Because when it is because generating traffic than it will be hard .

  24. Boelmeister Oct 11th, 2012 at 4:57 AM

oh and maybe a simple password, and indeed lose ddl.valley.eu. Probaly indeed on of those searches

  25. defqon1 Oct 11th, 2012 at 6:58 AM

its the extension that gets checked, NL will automatically block mp4 avi mkv when the been uploaded via FTP.

In the German magazine “Spiegel” was an article about Rapidshare and their practices (http://www.spiegel.de/netzwelt/web/wie-rapdishare-raubkopierer-vergraulen-will-a-827324.html). Here are the key points:
    * 55 employees in Switzerland (UTC+1).
    * On the first level of their building, 15 employees delete content from 7h until 20h.
    * They receive around 100 complains from copyright holders over night and start processing them in the morning.
    * Since 2 years they have a crawler that searches for rapidshare references on “warez” sites (the author used this word) The results are added to an excel sheet with one file per row and warez side title and full url as columns (and probably other stuff)
    * The staff deletes illegal content on their own. Quote: “If a file vanishes, the illegal uploaders sometimes suspect each other. It is amazing that they don’t understand that we delete stuff on our own.”
    * The IP address of an uploader is saved as long as the file exists. They report this IP on a legitimate request from the justice department of Switzerland.

  27. stavros Oct 11th, 2012 at 10:40 AM

    first of all you can
    1.encrypt files into .cff(cryptload)
    2.zip them
3.use acronyms for files so that they can n0t be easily identified unless downloaded

  28. Dr. No Oct 11th, 2012 at 11:29 AM

Rapidshare is useless anyway as unregistered users can only download with 30 kB/s. So why bother anyway?

And why are you using this rar crap? Just split the files with ‘split’ on Linux/Unix and reassemlbe with ‘cat file1 file2 … >file.mkv’.

  29. Nick Oct 11th, 2012 at 1:22 PM

I think Rapidshare can be used if the above methods are used.

    1) Change the name to something unrelated to the file
    2) Smaller Files
    3) Rar the files
    4) Remove DDLValley from names, why not create a readme file inside the rars with DDLValley posted inside
    5) Password protect links (Password could be in the readme so people have to open it)
    6) Use linksafe or another type of link encryption.

  30. aikanae Oct 11th, 2012 at 1:48 PM

Plz keep using RS. Some links on other sites are surviving. All the suggestions are good but I would even stop using rapidshare’s name on public pages since their bots are looking. Call them RS or something.

  31. Hoof Oct 11th, 2012 at 4:22 PM

use a “thank you button”. Do not reveal links until a human action such as hitting a thank you button is utilized.

  32. Anony-Mau5 Oct 11th, 2012 at 4:46 PM

Already moved from rapidshare to uploaded.to! I was with rapidshare from 2007 up until they shut themselves down before they changed their model and I moved over with the rest to filesonic. When Filesonic stopped DLs, I moved back to rapidshare and everything has been rosy until the past couple of months. They are digging there own grave imo. Everyone is moving to NL or UL as these have the best affilate program for uploaders. Go to your local shop and buy a paysafe voucher for £10 – job done. Don’t get more than a month as it is most likely they will follow suit as the authorities will probably eventually shut them down. I personally have never been fond of torrents and would rather pay a premium but can see this being my only option for DL-ing in future. It’s the sign of the times and 2013 is looking bleak for File Hosts :(

  33. Anony-Mau5 Oct 11th, 2012 at 4:48 PM

But then like ONEDDL – when 1 falls 5 are reborn – oooooosh

  34. DeeBee Oct 11th, 2012 at 6:46 PM

use share-online.biz!!! i just switched from RS to them. From my point of view it’s even better compared to RS. Here in europe alot of people think the same way. And the speed is as good as RS. AND the links last for severals month. just great hoster.

  35. Destiny Oct 11th, 2012 at 7:06 PM

Did you consider using EasyBytez for your uploads?

  36. Som Oct 11th, 2012 at 11:13 PM

    use safelinking…

  37. ARMT Oct 12th, 2012 at 2:20 AM

We’ll be trying Safelinking(for Rapidshare only) for couple of days and if it will make our links last longer than usual then why not :)

    • Perlazeze Oct 12th, 2012 at 2:48 PM

Thank you very much! ;) Good job!

  38. Fábio Oct 12th, 2012 at 3:12 AM

Here, in South America, Netload is very very slow. Freakshare and bitshare work very well and the file stay for download for a good time

  39. anon Oct 12th, 2012 at 3:17 AM

USE FILEFACTORY.. it is very easy to get premium account (for free) w filefacotry

  40. Just a dude with a head full of hair Oct 12th, 2012 at 5:02 AM

Don’t use the real Names, ofcourse they get deleted, they just search for the name of their product (e.g. Batman The Dark Knight) on Rapidshare or other hoster. They won’t delete your files if you choose a cryptic name, for example:

Use the Name of the Movie = BTDK (Batman The Dark Knight
and always insert ddlvalley between the 1. and the 2. letter = BDDLVALLERYTDK.avi

  41. MAD Oct 12th, 2012 at 10:12 AM

yeah i also think it would be fatal if you would stop posting RS links, as i have 18 months of premium left ;) i also would suggest to use safelinking.net in combination with alienated filenames and password encrypted archives with a password like ddlvalley.eu :) thanks for keeping up your great work

  42. Slay Oct 13th, 2012 at 11:55 AM

    1. add a small file with a random number to avoid hash detection
    2. rar all files, encrypt with public password and chose “encrypt filesnames too”
    3. use the aboved suggested initial shortform for filename and DON’T add a constant part to the filenames (like “ddlvalley.eu”)
    4. use a linkcrypter like safelinking.net or linksave.in (captcha is important)

    I think “1.” wasnt’t suggested before.
    Please keep rapidshare!

  43. SOLUTION Oct 13th, 2012 at 11:00 PM

USE NAMES LIKE “HOLIDAY” INSTEAD OF “HOW.I.MET.YOUR.MOTHER” ETC. …

  44. Asher Oct 15th, 2012 at 2:11 AM

Keep Rapidshare. As previously stated you can rename and/or split rars with a link protector.

  45. Naif Oct 15th, 2012 at 5:28 AM

Any website that is supported by http://www.real-debrid.com/ will be okay!

  46. P Oct 16th, 2012 at 3:01 AM

    try out share-online [ dot ] biz

  47. o Oct 17th, 2012 at 12:11 AM

Looks like time to go back to irc and newsbin less chance of getting down links

  48. arrgh Oct 17th, 2012 at 5:37 PM

Many good tips have already been mentioned, but another important one…. Modify your site’s .htaccess file to tell robots/crawlers not to index. Yes, this will get you less search traffic. Remove your Google index and modify your pages to prevent any access from rapidshare IP addresses.

  49. jakes Oct 18th, 2012 at 6:06 AM

Why don’t u use Uploading.com just like RS withoit the Crap.ps don’t get rid of Rapids just. Yet

  50. jack Oct 18th, 2012 at 2:38 PM

upload to some free video uploading then everyone can just download it for free and really without blockage!

  51. Bri Oct 19th, 2012 at 9:20 AM

M.E.G.A. upload to me today are planning a come back, both them and TPB are trying different things to stop take down attempts in the future, like AES encryption and multiple cloud hosting servers in multiple countries

  52. transform Oct 20th, 2012 at 2:40 AM

Please dont get rid of Netload and Rapidshare

  53. A. Austen Oct 31st, 2012 at 1:21 AM

In the aforementioned body comments were named with regard to renaming links. If you want your link to remain for at least 90 days or more, the actual link must be renamed, abbreviated, etc. as the search bots are by specific names, nothing else. I have had great success utilizing this method and experienced extreme frustration whenever I listed name in link. Very simple task for uploaders, just abbreviate the first letter or add a few letters at beginning of name. Thanks and love this site!
